Our camp is located in the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains where the trails are breathtaking and much cooler than in the lower elevations of the southeast region of the U.S. Come soak up the clean, fresh mountain air and streams while running on terrain set in the beautiful mountains. Our cool nights and warm days are the ideal running conditions making training here in the summer pleasurable. BDRC offers off-campus team retreats, individualized weekly mileage, training pace and goal setting. Team and individual challenge courses are set to improve team dynamics and motivation.
